This policy explains how Promax Contracting LLC (“Promax”, “we”, “us”), Office 505, 5th Floor, Bin Shabib Mall, Al Qusais, Dubai, UAE, handles personal information collected through www.promaxdxb.com and our related enquiry channels. It also applies to our KSA division, ETCE, where you contact it through this website.

1. Information we collect

• Enquiry details you give us – name, company, phone number, email address, site location, roof type and any photos or descriptions you send through our inspection request form, contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Site information – survey notes, photographs and measurements taken during a site inspection you have requested.
• Technical data – standard information your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and data collected by analytics tools, used to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site inspection and prepare survey reports and quotations.
• To carry out, document and support contracted works, including warranty and after-sales service.
• To keep business, accounting and legal records as required by UAE and KSA law.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only where needed to deliver our services: with our own companies and staff (including ETCE in KSA), with service providers who operate our forms, email, hosting and messaging on our behalf, with material manufacturers where required for a warranty, or where required by law or a competent authority.

4. Project photographs

We may photograph work we carry out and show completed projects on our website and marketing material. If you would prefer your project, company name or logo not to be shown, contact us and we will remove it.

5. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed for the purposes above, including the warranty period of the works, and then delete or anonymise them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by emailing sales@promaxdxb.com.
