These terms apply to your use of www.promaxdxb.com, operated by Promax Contracting LLC, Dubai, UAE. By using the website you agree to them.
Content on this website, including service descriptions, articles and project examples, is general information. It is not a quotation, specification or professional advice for a particular building. Every roof is assessed on site before we recommend a solution.
Free roof inspections are offered subject to location and availability. A quotation is valid only in the written form we issue, for the period stated on it, and is based on the conditions found at inspection. Any works are governed by the signed quotation, purchase order or contract, which takes priority over anything on this website.
Warranty periods mentioned on this website (for example, the 15-year EPDM warranty) apply only to the scope, areas and system stated in the written warranty certificate issued on completion, and are subject to its terms, including full payment, normal use and access for maintenance. The warranty certificate is the governing document.
Client names and logos identify organisations for whom Promax has carried out work. They are shown for reference only and do not imply endorsement. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, Promax is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website. Our liability for contracted works is set out in the relevant contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Works carried out in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by ETCE are governed by the contract for those works.
