Smoke Vents Solutions with EPDM & Promax Bonding Adhesive

All the Smoke Vents are larger in size and starting from 2 x 2 Meter upto 4 x 4 Meter

Coming from the slope side, the front side of the Smoke Vent acts like a ponding area for the water and therefore then enters the building while ponded through the side laps or sometimes from its own joint

The solution to this is that we cover it fully with EPDM from all 4 sides preventing the water to go in as well as any rusting problem due to stagnent water

NOTE: Our Warranty is only for the area where we have applied our solution. Any leakage from the Smoke Vent Louvers does not cover under our warranty as that leakage needs to be fixed by the vent supplier as it has an internal gutter system which usualy causes leakage in most of the cases as well.
