Promax designs, fabricates, supplies and installs complete garbage chute (rubbish / waste chute) systems for residential towers, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls and commercial buildings across the UAE. Our in-house workshop rolls each chute barrel from heavy-gauge stainless steel or galvanised steel and factory-assembles the intake doors, discharge hopper, vents and bracing before delivery — so installation on your building shaft is fast, clean and code-compliant.
Every garbage chute we build follows recognised NFPA-82 fire-safety practice: fusible-link fire-rated intake doors that self-close in the event of fire, a full-diameter roof vent extending above roof level, and provisions for sprinkler and sanitising/disinfecting systems. The result is a quiet, hygienic, long-lasting waste-disposal solution that keeps refuse fully enclosed from every floor down to the collection room or compactor.

Anatomy of a Promax Garbage Chute
A vertical steel shaft runs the full height of the building. Residents open a fire-rated intake door on each floor and drop their waste; it falls through spiral sound-dampening sections into a discharge hopper that feeds a bin or compactor in the ground-floor refuse room. A full-diameter vent carries odours above the roof, while a sprinkler and sanitising line keeps the system safe and clean.

From Site Survey to Handover

Installation
Sections are rigged into the shaft, slip-joined, aligned, braced to each floor slab and the doors fitted flush.
Commission & Handover
Vent, sprinkler and sanitising connections are checked, doors tested, and the system handed over with a warranty.
